Sweet Smiles & Strawberry Fun

There are some sessions that are pure joy from beginning to end, and Baby M’s strawberry-themed cake smash was definitely one of them!

Dressed in the sweetest outfit and surrounded by bright, colourful strawberry-inspired decorations, Baby M lit up the studio with her gorgeous smile. She was happy from the moment she arrived.

The vibrant reds, pinks, and greens created the perfect backdrop for celebrating her first birthday. Every detail was designed to be fun, cheerful, and full of personality—just like Baby M herself. From curious little fingers exploring the cake to the biggest grins between bites, she made every moment a delight to photograph.

Baby M absolutely loved the bath tub part too! After all the sticky cake fun, she happily splashed, giggled, and played in the warm bubble bath, giving us even more adorable photographs to finish the session.

This session was extra special for me because it’s not the first time I’ve photographed this lovely family.  I had the pleasure of capturing Baby M’s big sister during her own cake smash session at the very same age. Seeing families return and watching little ones grow is one of the greatest privileges of being a family photographer.

Thank you to Baby M and her wonderful family for trusting me once again to capture another unforgettable first birthday. It was a pleasure creating these colourful memories, and I hope they’ll be treasured for many years to come.
