What happens if we are interested in booking?

You would be invited to our home where we would take you through our portfolio of images, show you a selection of the different albums on offer and some completed albums with final prints. We can answer any questions you may have and discuss all of the options available. We find that this method of presenting our work is the most relaxing and easy going for you. There is no pressure or hard sell.

If distance is an issue then we would usually guide you to our online gallery where you can view a large selection of images from any computer with an internet connection. The gallery will also show you the style of photography that we engage in.

How do we proof the photographs?

Your photographs are placed on a private password protected web site gallery. This is a great way for you, your friends and relatives to view the photographs of your day. Your proofs are also made into a DVD slideshow for you to view. All photographs are numbered on the DVD to make it easy to note your selections. We also offer a post wedding consultation to discuss what photographs you want for your album.

How long will it be before we can see our proofs?

We aim to deliver proofs of your photographs online via a password protected gallery or posted to you as slideshow DVD within 2 to 3 weeks.

Who designs the album layout of our photographs?

After you have chosen your favourite photographs from the proofs there are two options - you can leave all of the design to us or you can become actively involved to design exactly what you want in your album.

Do you use digital or film?

We only use digital. Using digital equipment opens up a limitless environment to create stunning photographs. We can easily shoot over a thousand images on a full days photography. Using digital equipment allows us to be more creative with your time and get great results.

What if we want black & white photographs?

This is not a problem at all. With digital photography colour images can be changed to black & white using digital techniques.

What happens if we change our venue?

This is not usually a problem, but if the new venue is a considerable distance outside of our normal working radius then we reserve the right to charge any additional expenses incurred in travel or accommodation. You will find us to be extremely flexible!

What are the terms of booking your services?

To avoid any potential disappointment we do not provisionally reserve dates. Confirmation of booking and price is sent by return on receipt of booking retainer of £200. More information is detailed on our terms and conditions which is available upon request.
